Intel boss immediately Pension

Chairman and CEO of Intel, Craig Barrett, will step down from the beginning of the occupation in May future. Barrett to join this company as a semiconductor engineer in 1974. He is also the CEO of the first non-founder of Intel.

In statement, Barrett is now aged 69 years said he was "very proud" to help Intel has become the largest semiconductor company and most successful in the world. He also believes that under the leadership of Paul Otellini and team management, Intel will remain a leader in the field.

As a substitute for Barrett, Jane Shaw has been appointed as non-executive chairwoman. Shaw is an independent director - people from outside the company - which Intel first recruited in 1993.
